I love everyone at Athletico–Perrysburg! My physical therapy sessions here have made a huge difference in my recovery. The staff and therapists are welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. The atmosphere is always upbeat and fun, which makes PT feel like something I look forward to rather than a chore. I even received an amazing raffle bag filled with snacks and swag for participating in their Halloween Costume Week. It’s clear that the team at Athletico Perrysburg goes above and beyond to create a positive, engaging environment that truly sets this location apart. I had a great experience at Athletico for physical therapy related to an issue in my left knee. I completed about nine sessions and worked one-on-one with my therapist, Sydney, every time. She consistently took the time to ask how I was feeling, whether I noticed improvements or setbacks, and always made sure I felt okay after each exercise. That level of attention made a huge difference for me. The entire staff was welcoming and accommodating, including Charisse at the front desk, who was always friendly and helpful. Being able to work directly with my therapist at every session was truly next-level and made me feel confident in my care. I would absolutely recommend Athletico, with special kudos to Sydney for her professionalism and genuine care! I hope I don’t need therapy again, but if I do, Athletico in Perrysburg is where I’ll go!

Really good experience at Athletico Physical Therapy with Brecken. She’s been super helpful throughout my rehab and always brings a good attitude. Definitely made the recovery process a lot smoother. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful place to go for PT. I couldn't perform ADL's before i came here. Now I can and much more! AWESOME therapists. They are patient, knowledgeable, and will only push as far as they think you can go. Atmosphere is great as well. I will come back for therapy when/if I have knee replacement surgery.

I worked with Rachel after having rotator cuff surgery and a bicep reattachment, and I couldn’t have asked for better care. She was professional, caring, and always made sure I was comfortable with my exercises. Rachel checked in about my pain levels every session and paid close attention to my form to make sure I was doing everything safely and correctly. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients’ recovery. The rest of the staff was also super friendly and made every visit a positive experience. Highly recommend!

I have worked with most of the Physical Therapist there and they all are Professional, personable and knowledgeable about injuries and what to expect throughout the recovery process. I am a frequent flyer when it comes to injuries and have been to more than a handful of physical therapy locations, this one is definitely at the top of my list as far as places to be seen. There’s a high probability that I’ll be injured again and will definitely return once that happens.

I could not have asked for a better experience. From the moment I started to the last day, the staff was amazing. Everyone included in my care was thoughtful, kind, and marvelous. They worked with me to fit my busy schedule which made me want to make the extra effort to keep returning. I want to give a special review to my physical therapist, Brecken. From the moment we started working together, I felt safe and felt I was in good hands. She was truly the key factor in my recovery and without her I would not be back at work or playing sports. Very knowledgeable, adaptive, and reliable. I could keep going but I’ll stop here and say 11/10, would come again.

Great Place! Brecken and the team have amazing bedside manner and they listen. They challenge you to be part of your own healing by asking how you feel physically and mentally regarding the plan each day. They are flexible and willing to adjust based on your capacity. If you do your part as a patient, they will do their part in the "partnership" to get you back to normal life very soon. Love this team!

Shout out to Athletico Perrysburg for helping me navigate my recent recovery journey! Brecken and her team are knowledgeable, caring, offer the right amount of support and encouragement at every visit! And Charise is the best!! As a local dance studio owner, I would highly recommend them for sports related injury and post-surgical recovery care. Thank you for helping me get back to painlessly doing what I love to do (for example, taking selfies!)!

A few months ago I started having severe hip pain in both hips. The pain was so bad that I would come home after working and just lay in bed. This took time away from my 2 children and new husband. It affected my ability to work efficiently at my job working with animals and my attitude in general because of the severe pain. I was taking high doses of Ibuprofen to just get through the day. I thought before starting physical therapy at Athletico that I would have to endure a double hip surgery because of how bad the pain was. After a consult at a local sports medicine doctor they referred me to Athletico and this was their top recommendation. I was very nervous starting physical therapy because I had no idea what to expect. My first few visits were a little awkward (I’m very uncoordinated). But as time went on I started to notice small glimpses of improvement. I started to become hopeful that I didn’t have to live in pain on a daily basis. About halfway through my therapy I hit a wall with exercises and mentioned to my PT (Sydney) that I felt like this was going to be the rest of my life and I was discouraged. We changed up some exercises and began strengthening my core and lower back. I would have never thought my lower back would issues would have anything to do with hip pain. Let me tell you this was it. My exercises that once were challenging got EASIER! I was able to work a 10 hour shift and come home and be with my family and had a better attitude. I cannot recommend Athletico enough! From the kind receptionist Charise to the Physical therapists the staff are kind and welcoming and actually CARE! I’m thankful I can continue exercises at home after graduation and if I ever need them again I have a place I can return if I ever need it!
